ARC Patrol - Missing Departments

I built a new list using ARC Patrol and uploaded to my HP-2, while scanning I was not recieving my local Sheriff's Department. All departments and systems with the exception of the Sheriff showup when I step through manual. When I read theHP-2 with either ARC Patrol or Sentential the Sheriff showsup. I'm stumped. HELP

Mark, I"m stumped. I've been through the Easier to Read Guide several times looking for something I might have missed.

#1 did you set the service type for those channels in ARC Patrol

#2 have you activated the service type for those channels in the radio.

#3 Have you confirmed the channels are not locked out.

# 4 Are you sure you didn't create a new system for your Sheriff's dept instead of a new dept? If so they maybe in another system or possible scanlist. Check your scanlists on the hp2 and see if there's a new one.

If those questions don't help maybe somebody can think of something else that maybe causing this?

Mark, followed all 4 of your suggestions and still no luck. On a hunch I created a new list with all systems off the old list and wamo, everything works. Thamks for your help.
