ARC Virtual Control Error

I have a PRO-197 and ARC 500, When I go to the Virtual Control I get,
Run-time errorr '75':
Path/File access error
And program shuts down.

Locate arc500.exe under c:\program files\butel\arc500 and then do a right mouse click. Locate the compatibility
tab and select 'run as administrator'. That will fix the error.
