ARC-XT basic when I bought it 3 yrs ago

I had bought a basic 6 month subscription from scanner master ARC-XT basic software when I had window XP 3 yrs ago now I am on a laptop with windows 8 and the software does not work how can I fix this? I forgot how to program it can anyone help?

I think you're mixing apples and oranges. You likely mean that you have a 6 month subscription to RR, and bought ARC-XT basic. They are 2 related but different things

There should be a way to run ARC-XT in compatibility mode. I don't have Win8 yet....Gommert? Mike
