ARC- XT PRO Audio issue

I am having a very odd problem, i use this software with my BCD 996xt to log and record audio of transmissions, how ever only one talkgroup i listen to the audio is very low when recorded, every other logged and recorded audio is fine, just this one talkgroup is so low i cannot make out what they are saying, any suggestions?

Check your programming for the problem channel and see if the volume offset happens to be different from the other channels.

If it shows a minus value, the volume is being lowered and recording this may pronounce the volume offset.

If the offset is the same as other channels, you could try raising volume offset value which may increase the recorded volume.
