ARC-XT PRO issue

I use this software to record audio from my BCD 996xt, I have noticed while trying to record audio from XSO60DISP you can barely hear the recorded audio, it seems to be having an issue with anything from the 700mhz range,all other talkgroups are fine in the 800mhz range,any suggestion why the audio does not want to be captured in the 700 range?
