I am having issues with an old RR account's information being saved on the "Internet" tab of Arc-XT.
When I try to access the tab the Program gets stuck in a loop and does not allow me to change over the log in information because the old account is expired.
I have tried to uninstall and Re-install Arc-XT however this does not remove the Old log in information.
Anyone have a way to work around this? I do not have access to the old account - Otherwise I would have just re-activated it.
