ARC15 webservice error BCT15

While attempting to set up importing trunk data from RR with ARC15 to my friends BCT15 I get the following error. RadioRefDisconnected,wait retrieving HTTP data. I followed the firewall option to allow the site access through port 80 and have a premium subscription. Please offer any possible remidy. I do have another antivirus program but can't see why this would be blocking the connection.

Same here... I switched over to FreeScan in the meantime which continued to work fine.

Update your copy of ARC15 to V3.2 , you are using a very old release.

As mentioned update to the latest version, the site did a major update a while back and you need the latest version of ARC to download data.

Thank you for you help. Could you help me with a specifc link to get the update. Im searching around and only found puchase of new ARC15 V3.2 not download of update. Any more information and guidance Please.
