If anyone is looking for an ARC250 file for HI I created one from many sources and posted it on:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/arc250785/files/Hawaii/
The HI section of this site now lists more info on the Big Island than i had while visiting in the fall of last year but it's still a good file for you island hoppers.
