ARC300 Alternative for Radio Shack Pro-163/4, etc?

Can someone tell us if there is a FREE alternative to ARC300. Anything that will program the PRO-163/4 series, etc?

Spare me the spiels about how ARC300 is only XXX dollars.... I don't care.

Do you need it more than 30 days? It's free fully functional trial for 30 days, after that you'll have to pay.

One word - nope. Both Win97 and PSRedit300 are paid shareware, altho as has already been mentioned, you do get a 30 day free trial.

If you want to use free software, get an Uniden.
