arc300 for pro 163

ok i see no one is from ohio or even close to columbus to help out well i guess ill just thr
ow out this pro163 seems no good to me since it wont upload anything

Did you get a USB serial cable to make the connection between the scanner and PC? Did you load the drivers? Did you look at Device Manager to make sure the COM port you think you are using is available? Did you tell ARC300 to use that port?

yes i did every thing on here and nothing seems to work or i cant find some one to walk me thru it piece by piece
