Hello we just got the ARC300 software and the Radio Shack cord to used to transfer the information. I tried to download the drivers for the cord on Vista but it seems like the directions are for another Windows platform since what it is telling me to do does not match what is on my screen. The only options I am given is to either install the windows drivers, ask me later or dont ask again. I dont know how to search for the drivers on CD like it tells me to do. The directions say dont let windows do the install but there is no other option. I have also searched on the disc and it says to go to the folder labeled Drivers but there is no folder with that title. Until we get the cord to work we dont know what to do Please help?????

I figured out the driver I think....now the problem is downloading the scanner info into the software. I pick the download. I pick the comport and the radio model and hit download but nothing happens. what is supposed to happen next?
