ARC396 with windows 10

Anyone know how to get ARC396 to work with windows 10 ? It does pick-up the com port but wont communicate with the scanner. Thx

Sure its not the cable you are using to connect the scanner to your PC? Once I upgraded to Windows 10, the old cable I had didn't work. I had to buy a modern cable with a chipset that was compatible to Windows 10.

I had to buy the newest version USB-1 cable. It worked fine with that.
