2051 Issue

Can't seem to get this to work with my pro-2051. As I try to read the data on my scanner the software says can't see the scanner. I'm on the same comport as all my other scanners & as I attempt to read the rec00001 goes up by 1 each time on the 2051 screen. ie each attempt it changes like rec00002, rec00003 & so on. Not to much on troubleshooting in the manual. Any ideas?

Arc433

As I'm sure we are all aware, the Radioshack PRO-433 does not support the display of alpha tags when receiving specific frequencies. I noticed that there is a column in ARC433 which allows the user to enter their own tags adjacent to their frequencies. Does ARC433 export these tags to the scanner and enable the PRO-433 to display the tags entered in ARC433?

The tags are only stored in your files. The 433 scanner can not display these tags.

Make sure you use either a 20-047 or 20-289 cable and the latest 0.995 release.

I'm still not having any luck. I'm using the same cable & port that I used to program it with the scancat software. I really like butel software so hopefully I'll get this figured out.

I have that same problem, to date can't find a way to fix it. I love the "UI" in the program. For now I have to use scannercat. Thay need to do something about there program.

V1.22.01 is current.

Post by RyanRox099 is more then 3 years after start/last post in this thread.

Check control panel for correct comm port.
