I just upgraded to ARC500 Pro, and I'm using the Virtual Control with logging, but I'm having an issue with the History Grid. While scanning with the scanner, all information fills in properly, but when using the search fuction, it does not properly indicate FM/AM/P25, just always gives FM as a mode, and does not log PL/DPL/NAC just leaves the box blank.
Every now and then, a PL/DPL or NAC will show up under the frequency, but not in the sub column.
Any ideas? One would hope that this is an easy fix since it can obviously see the sub information in the scan list, but I would think that most people would find it more useful in the search function.
