Why are my selected frequencies getting dumped into the NOT SCANNED list under the scanlist preview?

I am not sure what you mean by the term "selected frequencies".
In Arc500Pro, when you click on the "Object Browser" in the left Navigation column, and then click on either "Conventional" or "Talkgroup", the grid of objects displays in the larger right panel.
On my computer, the third column is "Scan Lists". Each row that does not have a specific scan list assigned will then show-up in the "Not Scanned" list.
To assign a row to a specific scan list (or more than one), click on the cell in the "Scan Lists" column for the desired row, and choose the scan list(s) to which you want that object assigned.
