I have the ARC500 software running version 1.16 build 1.
I am trying to update to version 1.18 so I can take advantage of downloading the national frequencies from Radio Reference, but am unable to update the software.
When I click on the "check for updates" under the help menu, nothing happens.
I have tried re-registering the software, and that does not help.
Anyone have any ideas?
