ARC500 Upload to RS Pro-106

I am able to load data into the ARC software just fine from RR. When I upload from software to scanner, the "progress bar" shows progress on turbo and no turbo. However, nothing seems to be loaded to the scanner - I reset scanner to default settings and deleted what few objects I was able to load in the scanner itself. Just acts like nothing is there.

In ARC500 make sure that you select the correct USB/com port.
Also make sure you plug the cable in the PC/IF and not the headphone jack. If you use the 20-546 cable then do NOT use the small converter cable.
