ARC536 Bug

Found a bug in the software that effects 700Mhz control channels. My version is latest.

Because of this bug I've been using Sentinal past few years.

--Do RR import, add sites, write the radio no issues.

When do the next read of radio, the software changes the frequency
769.56875 = correct

769.56870 = Changed to.

With the change, once written , the radio no longer RX the site because off frequency making radio worthless.

correct the default Bandplan in step 6.25khz for 758-960 MHz

No longer using ARC536 .switched to Sentinal & Pro Scan = no issues.

ARC536 re set the band plan on 700Mhz, huge waste of time trying to make ARC work.
