Is there some reason the ARC536 can not read the band plan from the radio?

ARC536 and Sentinel use differentset ups

ARC536 has Lower Upper Step and Offset
Sentinel Has Band PLan with Base and Spacing

When you put the correct information in ARC536 is does not make any changes to the radio

Land Mobile Radio Network (South Zone) Trunking System, Multiple Locations, Ontario this is the system I am trying to get a band plan to work

I have ARC536 Basic version 2.7 build 6. I just read a Motorola Type II system with 406-410 MHz frequencies from my BCD436HP. It read the custom band plan OK. The system was programmed using Sentinel. A P25 band plan uses only Base and Spacing. Sentinel does not load a band plan for P25 systems. Your scanner will load the band plan from the control channel. A custom band plan must be loaded manually in Sentinel. If you download from the database, a custom band plan will be included if needed.

Are you able to hear the buzz on the control channel frequency of that site? If not, it is either out of range or you do not have the correct frequency. Which scanner are you using? Any scanner other than a Uniden SDS100 or SDS200 may have a problem loading the band plan on a simulcast site.

Which site is giving you problems? Which other sites are you able to receive and what band plan are they showing on the scanner?

I suspect the other 2 sites may have the same band plan. If so, try that on the London site. The London site only shows a single frequency. If there are no more frequencies, there will be very little traffic on that site.
