Today I upgraded to the new Build 2.5 and now the program can't find my SDS200. I had no issues prior to the update. Thanks in advance.

Doesn’t help much but I just upgraded to 2.5 and my SDS200 is detected. Try unplugging the USB cable and plug it back in on both the PC and the scanner.
I assume you are selecting E not . when the scanner boots.
Could be a faulty USB cable that decided to open circuit at the same time as the upgrade.

Hello Gommert, thanks for responding.

" (U)BCDx36HP/sds not found, please plug USB cable in, select MASS STORAGE DEVICE and try again by pressing yellow "Detect" button. Also make sure software has full admin rights. "

This is with the cable connected and the scanner set to Mass storage device as I always have before the upgrade.

I am also having trouble saving changes I have made since the upgrade.

All worked well before the upgrade.

Thanks

Chris

I'm having same problem as Colorado - post #1, I'm using older desktop computer Win 7.
Butel ARC536 PRO, worked fine until upgrade I did yesterday, visual control seems to function but not able to down/upload. Detect Scanner just does not work. Downloaded new version, 3 different times did install and even did repair function, still no go.

Pulled out old laptop using version 2.1, connected the same cable, everything worked perfectly?
Desktop still not working.
Open for suggestions.

Hi again Gommert. The SDS200 is showing up as Drive F.

Drives C, D and E are all onboard HD's.

I will send you the drive test file shortly.

Thanks for being there.
