ARC996PRO - cannot import L/O Frequencies

Hi, I cannot import the L/O Frequencies list in ARC996PRO. No frequencies gets imported when I click Read from Scanner in the Global L/O Frequencies window. Any idea why?

This means there are no Global Lockout frequencies stored in the scanner.
