ARC996PRO GPS Find Latitude

I haven't used the software in 2 years and today I tried to find latitude for a new system and it comes up blank. I then loaded a m96 file that I know had gps turned on and it was blank. I did renew RR and it pulls in data just fine. Sorry if this is a duplicate question, I just coundn't find an answer.

This a fresh install of ARC996Pro, I changed from an XP machine to a Win7.

Gommert kindly replied: "This will be fixed in next release of ARC996, the 3rd party lookup
that we used is not available anymore."
