Does anyone listen to arcadia police dept?

They are programmed into my pro 96 handeld and mobile unit as well. Why the inquiry?

i was wondering if like when they say different call signs because i know that the patrol units are called thier #'s
but sometimes it will be like victor 1 or tom 12 or something
are they under cover or detectives or what?

I know that "Tom" units here in Baldwin Park are traffic units. I know that it is the same in nearby cities as well. As for the "victor" units, the only thing I can think of is a surveillance/undercover unit. Hope that helps.
