Archive issues?

When I log into get to archived audio files they are way behind or not being processed correctly. I needed to hear what an incident was at 10:30 Pacific time last night, I log in and the archived audio is only at 1/5/2014 6:30 - 7:00 PM. It is now 1/6/2014 6 AM. nothing is posted to archives after yesterday at 6:30 PM. Is there issues?

One of our archive servers began to experience intermittent crashes starting over the holidays. This resulted in missing archives for those feeds that were serviced by this archive server. We moved all feeds to a new archive server and replaced the memory in the server. Everything should be operating normally now.

Unfortunately, for those timeframes that the server was down feeds assigned to that server were not archived during those downtimes. Thanks,
