I am logged into Broadcastify, select the feed, select archives day and time, player reads day and time selected. But I am hearing the live feed and not the archive?

Which one(s) specifically? I am willing to try it/them.

Thanks, you could listen to the local feed in your area, and monitor with your scanner.

So, am I understanding that you are reporting a system-wide problem? ...that NO sites work for you?

And, are you having a problem with the live-feeds, or the archives? The live-feed would be what I would compare with my scanner. The archives I would simply try to play to verify whether or not they work for me. I am not sure which test you would like done. Please clarify.

EDIT: @12:19 ET, I just verified that the archvies do play properly on my computer -- tested with Albemarle County, VA Archive for yesterday
EDIT: @12:21 ET, I just verified that the live-feed does play properly on my computer -- tested with Albemarle County, VA live-feed.
(Both tests were done by logging into Broadcastify.com)

EDIT: @12:24 ET, I just verified that the Broadcastify's live-feed does play properly while not logged in -- tested with Albemarle County, VA live-feed.

If you would like to specify another one that you would like me to test, let me know.

Hope this helps,

I just listened to my own archives with no problems.

"Specifically" which feed are you having those problems with? Have you tried listening to any other feeds? Help us out here.

Not answering questions and secreting your location is not going to help.

The player shows the Day and Time that I selected on the scrolling read out, but when monitoring with my scanner in the background I am getting the live delayed feed instead of the displayed archive?

If you are out of the area I guess it should be apparent if you listened long enough for dispatch to announce the time, then compare to local time. Could I be doing something wrong? Anyone heard of this symptom before?

I will try it again this evening and see if I have different results,

Would be more than happy to PM the feed, thanks.

Please don't take offense at this question. I only ask it because I think I did this in part of my earlier testing, without noticing. I'm just tossing this idea out there in case you might have done the same thing:

Q1: Did you happen to choose the first date in the date-list and then chose the first time in the time-list? If so, this is today's most recent archive and should be what you just heard on the scanner and should match the live feed.

Since then, I have also gone to older archives and successfully played them, noting that they are not the current live feed.

Q2: Assuming that you did not choose today's date/time, am I understanding correctly that you are getting the same soundtrack (today's live feed) regardless of which archive date/time you choose?

Hope this helps,

Thanks, sorry for the confusion, I should of been more specific in the title.

I just found the issue, kind of embarrassing.

I had closed down the original feed window, when another window opened for the archive player, what I was not aware of, a pop up window was in the background playing the live feed.

Thanks everyone, Sorry for wasting your guys time, user error.
