ARCO File for FairFax & Arlington Co Police & Fire 7

Hello:

I Have just managed to get a digitial card for my 785D. I have tried programming in FairFax and Arlington into my scanner using ARCO, but I just cannot seem to get it working. Truck tracking ... ick !

So, I was wondering if anyone has a FairFax and Arlington Police & Fire spectrum file that they might want to share.... even for a fee.

Never heard of ARCO. What is that?
Most folks I know are using ARC250 from BuTel (and there's been a running ad for Scanner Master mentioning this software, since they're the US distributor).
