Anyone else having an issue sending info to scanner after this update? It will send to scanner, but none of the site freqs or tg's are going through?

If you are referring to a 996P2, odds are you need to update the firmware in the radio. There were some changes to the commands in the latest firmware that the ARC program was changed to accommodate. It is not backwards compatible with the older set any longer.
