Hey guys, im programming ARCxt while im waiting on my 996xt to come in. While im programming a system, im putting in the GPS information. Do i need to copy the GPS information into the group setting or will it take the initial GPS setting from the system programming?

I'm not certain about ARC-XT, but I'm fairly sure you must enter the coordinates yourself (or download them from the web service). They don't propagate from the system level (assuming here you're working with a conventional system)

So if I put the gps into the system settings, ill need to do it again in the groups for a trunked system? I did put gps under the group for the conventional system I did since there are 7 groups for the counties around me, but for the trunk systems I put the gps in the system settings and did a different system for each trunked system I programmed.

When first setting up a trunked system, it gives me the option to input gps when setting the system settings. Then I have another option to input gps under the group where I'm putting the tgid.
