Are National Park Freq Digital

Does any one know if the national parks are digital or can you pick them up on a reg scanner i live about a mile from mammoth cave national park and i want to be able to know whats goin on in the park so if any one know please let me know thanks

Generally, it varies for NPS altho many are moving to P25
