Are Records and Tac Channels allowed?

I am noticing on some feeds that non-dispatch talkgroups are on the live feed such as record talkgroups, and tac channels. This is much of the reason we are losing our hobby; many agencies are going encrypted because of the live scanner crowd. I thought that only dispatch channels were allowed on the live feed. Does this same rule still apply?

Broadcastify Calls and Permitted Talkgroups

Is there a simple way to look at the database page for a system and immediately know what TGs are allowed and what aren't (i.e., is anything "LAW TAC" immediately disqualified?). The reason I ask is I am now in a position where I can't just send all talkgroups and let Broadcastify sort it out...
