Are some of the sounds, actually just sound jammers?

I came across a YT video about sound jammers, never have heard of them so I watched the video in it's entirely. The initial sound didn't bring a recallable memory of sounds on the HF band, but then, the second sound was played and it made me recall the exact sounds heard before on HF.
have a listen at about the 8 min mark. The first and second sound sound identical in my recollection to the military systems used.

Are they actually just using a sound jammers that could be decoded with various mics or under clothing ?

If you don't know about the concept's,it's worth learning what that's about throughout the video.

Yes, there are "professional" HF jammers used to suppress unwanted broadcasts:

Interesting technology but sound jamming is different than HF
signal jamming I would think. Sound jamming is wreaking havoc
on a mics diaphram so the persons voice in a room can't be
recorded or bugged while they still have a normal conversation
with another person.

HF signal jamming is using annoying buzzing sounds on the
same frequency as the station in attempt to "walk over" the stations so it's programing can't be made out.

A classic example of HF signal jamming is Chinese jammers against The Sound of Hope in Taiwan, 100 Kw vs 1 Kw no chance of getting out lol especially is China has antenna arrays around it's country.

Didn't realize the Sound Of Hope had transmitters that weak, and non-directional at that.

There are probably short of a million sound signatures logged for HF. The only clue would be matching a signal to a source.
I have run into a lot of OTHR that often wipes out non domestic transmissions.
