It depends on where you are and what kind of businesses you want to listen to.
The color dot, MURS, FRS and GMRS frequencies are used by many businesses but many businesses also have their own frequencies.
Motorola sells certain radios with preset frequencies. Some businesses use those or other frequencies with or without being licensed properly.
Some businesses have their own licensed frequencies or use commercial repeaters or trunked systems licensed to a radio service provider.
Some utility companies have their own wide area trunked or conventional systems.
