What about the following:

322 - Adams Co Simulcast
170 - Auraria Campus (Denver Metro)
171 - State Capital (Denver Metro)
120 - DTB (Denver Metro)

I'm going to assume no, since they're either 700MHz or in the case of DTB 853 and change.

322, 170, 171 no change since they are already 700MHz sites.

120 was re banded early on so it's done as well.

The RR database is showing 38 sites that still have a control channel above 860, IE not rebanded. Is this correct?

I am only seeing sites 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 110 and 111 in the DB that are not re banded and I do believe that these will be re banded in the coming weeks

You might want to refer to the rebanding sticky thread which we update daily, all DTRS sites are re banded statewide except for the following which will occur over the next two weeks.

T0101 868.2375 Littleton (Admin) 101
T010A 868.2500 Franktown 110
T0103 868.5250 Silver Heights (Castle Rock) 103
T0108 868.7750 Lookout Mtn (Golden) 108
T0106 868.8500 Squaw Mountain (Clear Creek County) 106
T0107 868.8750 Smoky Hill (Centennial East) 107 (TODAY, underway currently)
T0102 868.9125 Riley Peak (Jefferson County) 102
T0104 868.9375 West Creek 104
T0105 868.9750 Thorodin Mtn (Wondervu) 105

For the most part, yes.
When El Paso County re-banded, there were a few sites that were at 860.XXXX, and they merely dropped 1mhz. I don't know that that applies to any DTRS sites, however.

For the State DTRS, yes, they all went down 15 MHz.
(The last 5 digits stay the same)

All of the associated freqs. also went down 15 MHz.

This does NOT apply to the 700MHz. sites, they remain the same.

Has anyone else noticed that this move down the spectrum, even this slight move, has seemed to improve reception? I don't notice it much just listening, but I can log sites with Pro96com now that I couldn't before.

For me here in Parker, Zap and Glendale were out of the question for logging. Now they both log fine.
I will be curious to see the effect on the northern sites. right now they are borderline for me.

FWIW when they moved me to another area of the building several months ago at the daytime job I lost the ability to pick up the Bald Mtn site and had no DTRS reception at all.

Since the site has rebanded I hear it fine. Could be a case of the lower frequencies yielding better signal range.

Also to add to the discussion with the recent 700 MHz spectrum auctions it's looking like they will end up having to "reband" down the road. Remember the 700 sites are considered special temporary authorizations and are not permanent.

The D block for wideband public safety did not get a big enough bid. Therefore, there is now no one to foot the bill for rebanding. The FCC is probably going to lower the minimum and auction it off again. Until someone agrees to buy the spectrum, there is no need to move the 700 allocations and no one to pay for it either.
