Area EMA Listings Missing

I am looking for the frequencies for the following counties in Ohio

Ashtabula County EMA
Carroll County EMA
Geuaga County EMA
Jefferson County EMA
Stark County EMA

I could not find any of these in the Database, any help would be appreciated.

Ashtabula & Geauga use MARCS, mostly on EMA-CONE. Geauga EMA also has access to all the law/fire/tactical groups for Geauga County on MARCS-IP and mobile computer terminals. The bulk of the EOC to EOC comms are over phone conference bridges or sat phones.
