ARINC trunked systems in Illinois

According to the FCC database, there are a couple ARINC 800 mhz trunked systems licensed at Illinois airports that aren't in the Radioreference database:

Sites include the following airports:
**Moline (Rock Island County) - WQBE770
**Fowler (Adams County) - WQBE368

Is anyone close enough to verify if these are active trunked systems? Are they Motorola Analog or iDEN?
