ARINC trunked systems in Iowa

According to the FCC ULS database, there are four ARINC 800 mhz trunked systems licensed at Iowa airports that aren't in the Radioreference database:

FCC license link, Alternate FCC link

Sites include the following airports:
**Burlington
**Ottumwa
**Des Moines
**Dubuque

Is anyone close enough to verify if these are active trunked systems? Are they Motorola Analog or iDEN?

I was within one mile of the Burlington Airport and didn't hear any control channel on their licensed frequencies, but maybe I just wasn't close enough.

There is a license for a system at Moline for the Quad-City Airport and that system is not running either. So who knows when these will be started But Des Moines will probably be first.
