Arizona Ambulance?

Well, I'm down in Tucson for a few days and in my travels I came across a Ambulance on the east side lettered "Arizona Ambulance". I didn't see any reference to this company/agency in the database. Any ideas????

Looking things over all the frequencies are for the mobiles, no base station. That would lead me to beleive cell phones are burning up! LOL
