Arizona Database Attention

I'm trying to help a new user, when trying to import Lake Havasu City TRS in Mohave County, Arizona it just imports the TG's it looks like the system ID needs to be filled in, it shows up as 0000 and from what I can find it may need to be directed to 4063, not sure on that though.

Found the answer, that system needs all the freq's, unchecking the CC only box solves the problem... Thanks to wise871
