Arkansas Highway Police confusion

I’m trying to figure out the relationship between the State Police and the Arkansas Highway Police talkgroups on AWIN. I see AHP broken into 6 districts but can find nothing showing where these districts are! Help!

AHP districts each cover two ArDOT districts.
