anyone with info on Arkansas State Police, esp Troop F in southeast ark, what major freqs are used, etc, Thanks for the input, Dave C

I know they monitor local LEO's but their own traffic is all on the AWIN system.

This is a digital trunking system, so you need a digital scanner. What model do you have, we can help you with program info specific for your scanner?

*You need to program in these tower control channels:
~Ramsey - 866.8625 & 867.1375
~Sunshine - 859.7125 & 860.9625 & 866.2125
~Huttig - 860.4875 & 866.975
~Warren - 866.175 & 866.425

HomePatrol1, the NEW GRE800, Pro96, Pro106, Pro197, Pro2096, PSR500, PSR600, BCD396xt, BCD996xt... I think I got em all.. lol.

If you don't have one of the above, you're out of luck when it comes to listening to State Police.

If you don't have one of the above, you're out of luck when it comes to listening to State Police.

Those are current models.

Two other discontinued scanners that would also work would be the Uniden BCD396T & BCD996T. Occasionally found at a good price in the classifieds here, or sometimes on eBay. However, the 396T version does not have a multi-site capability like the 396XT, though you can work around that.
