I am receiving a Unknown talkgroup 115 as encrypted transmissions.

I do not monitor the county much anymore, but I note it falls in-between the range of County Services (specifically the parks department) and Emergency Management TGs, so maybe something related to either of those?

If you keep monitoring you will find many TGs on that system that are not in the DB - I had collected about 25 a few years ago.
