ARMER Open Scan

Could someone please tell me how to scan ARMER in open mode on RS PRO 197? The sites I have programmed so far have been uploaded from the database. And I have tried reading the Easier to Use Guide but that didn't help me.

You need to add a wildcard talkgroup to the system and then put it in a scan list that you are scaning.
