ARMER sites On Air but no CC in DB

The following sites are "On Air" according to Mn/DOT's latest map (06 Aug), but don't have a control channel listed in the DB...Is anyone in the area of these sites and willing to verify the control channel?

0568 Silver Cliff is on the air with cc 855.7375 (confirmed by myself)
0569 Wales is on the air with cc 852.200 (myself)

Also, noticed this this afternoon, was out of town for business this week, the cc for Duluth Simu (0543) is now on 852.4875. (I saw 852.4875 as the cc for 0530 last year interestingly enough). I am not sure if this is a temporary switch (it was not the alternate cc on 0543) or if they are making some changes for good. I do see now that the change was made earlier today, will keep an ear on it and will let you know.
