Yeah, not sure what's up with that... but the second shot looks to be typical Ranger Crye Multicam.

The radio is probably a Harris PRC-152 since the handset/antenna connectors look out of place for an MBITR.

There is also a battery powered RF amp with a 30-90MHz 1m blade antenna on one antenna port and the 13" 90-512MHz duckie attached to an LOS/satcom switch on the satcom port of the amp.

I think 152 is probably the only one I didn't consider. The connections do look right.
