So I was playing around with the ARRL Exam Review software I got in their 2nd Ed. book for the tech class, and after going through some of the review questions, ran an update. After the software updated, the user account I created in it was gone. That a bug with this software that anyone has run into before? Didn't start any actual sample tests, but that's a tad annoying to just wipe the info out on a mere update.
