I see the actual Center boundaries, but not the individual sectors inside the center area. Am I missing something?

You're not missing a thing and you are right. The file is great for Google Earth to show all of the US ARTCCs. But it does not have individual sector boundaries within each Center's area. Still looking for that.

The purpose for such data is to make use of a new feature in PlanePlotter.
