I wrote to the reporter and publisher reminding them a whole new radio system is not needed for narrowbanding and that two ways made after 1997 can be reporgramed for narrowband.

I was going to write Dennehy a nice, informative, short note educating him on the basics of narrowbanding but I decided to hell with it. . Life is too short and what do I really care about happens in Delaware anyway? It's really none of my business and the message would probably fall on deaf ears.
