WQPP490 shows to be licensed for emissions designator 4K00F1E so that means it's a Kenwood NXDN aka Nexedge system. That is a 6.25 kHz single channel digital voice... Also note that they are licensed for 11K2F3E analog narrow band operations also. The FCC database, under each individual licensed frequency, shows the emissions type that are licensed FYI.
