Listening to drive-thru frequencies is not top on people's lists for listening and therefore you might not get the info you want. What I might suggest to research the WIKI a bit and look up some common fast-food establishment frequencies and scan or search a frequency range when you are nearby one of the restaurants. You'll find them.

Most of the major fast food chains are listed there.
As a reminder a lot of fast food chains now use spread spectrum communications
that can't be monitored.
