ASP in the 900 band?

While doing a full search (all freqs) trying to find new freqs, I heard my local ASP Troop F on 902.4125, usually they are on 856.8125 through 860.8125. After searching for a while I also heard them on 904.3750, 901.4125, 900.4125, 904.8750, and control channel sounds on 905.8750. Any suggestions as to what this might be. I have been listening for a couple days, scanning the freqs convetionally and hearing the same traffic as on the 800 band TRS (checked it with one of my other scanners at the same time.) Are they simulcasting in the 900 band? What is going on?
